Attach screenshots to reports

You can now upload screenshots to new and existing reports. Screenshots give reviewers a better understanding of the scam report and can make it faster to review. For example, if the scam is an impersonation of an existing brand or website, take a screenshot of the site to compare it to the targeted site to show how it imitates or misleads site visitors.
