Discord Message Scanning

We've added a new opt-in feature for our Discord bot that will scan new messages across specific Discord channels looking for users who are posting suspicious links. The bot will react to the message with the 🚨 emoji if it is present on our global blocklist, letting others know that they should be cautious before interacting with it.
